I have been working on something that doesn’t require too much movement but will be very helpful for a lot of people. I am working with a Focal Dystonia sufferer. We are filming/documenting everything and she is making rapid progress. There are moments that will utterly blow your mind.

Whilst it is painful still just sitting up and typing or filming, I am making steady progress and able to walk short distances without the use of a brace or crutches which is seriously exciting.
