Hi, I have been playing cornet since I was 9 I am now 57. I have developed a quiver when I play. It doesn’t happen all the time and I cant figure out what is the trigger. I do suffer from performance anxiety and it does happen when asked to play on my own in band, but it does happen when practicing at home. Can anyone help. Best regards Alsn View
