I have just started windworks again after giving “The Balanced Embrouchure” a go. But it felt like a lot of tention was building up in the body. So I have returned here again. It was nice to read what your practice routine looks like. I gave me some handle on how I can move forward. I’m an amateur player of 63 years and love to make the best of music that I can.
