Taking the time to go through this course and apply it’s principals will be very beneficial for players of all levels. For me, the benefit is in woking with the concepts enough to internalize them, not in how quickly one can get through the material. I like to emphasize the feeling of the ‘Singing C’ as a base line for moving on to other pitches, hopefully without added tension.
