I decided to share some information that I found very valuable regarding the passive breath exhale.
THEYR CAN BE NATURAL PRESSURE PRESENT IN THE PASSIVE EXHALE WHITHOUT ENGAGING THE ABDOMINALS AND THIS IS A KEY FACTOR for using less abdominals.
This is called intra-abdominal pressure and is a topic used by
athletes in top level competition.
Intra-abominal pressure can be cultivated using certains exercices.
I found out that one of the hidden benefits of Greg singing series, is that it actually helps in cultivating IAP. AND ONCE YOU HAVE IT EVERYTHING BECOMES MUCH MORE EASY.

P.S. By forcing the exercices you are not generating IAP, BUT STRESS which is quite the opposite.
