Hi Greg! Thanks for posting this new video, and especially for some new exercises to ensure the throat is not closing. As you know this is/was one of my issues (that brought me to the WindWorks course) and after many months of process and awareness it’s far better. Your methods are working! Occasionally my release of the air isn’t correct and this gives me a couple of additional ways to check/remedy that.

Thanks for the video Greg. The whole concept of the body’s concert hall has been working great for me in relearning how I play.
Throat issues seem to creep back into my playing when I play softer. It’s like I try and restrict my airflow this way to get quiter. Should I be holding back air by supporting the lungs or is it all down to the size of the aperture? Anybody have any tips or advice for this?
