  I’m looking for 2 specific videos of Greg’s – can someone help me find them? The first is the “Playing in the red” video and the other is where he discusses having 2 houses or buildings and you’re trying to eventually move from the older, less stable one into the newer, stronger one, relating it to trumpet playing.
  
  I found this quote of from Greg which spoke to me and I feel it directly applies to me in attempting to play with no pinch in the middle of the lips: “If the notes don’t speak and you are a more advanced player it means you have been relying on tighter lips so therefore greater air pressure to get the note to speak. That is where inefficiency starts.”

  I think the other might have been Trumpet Chat 7″ or “Is playing trumpet life or death” or something like that.

  Yep, Bill–here it is:
  
  Start at 20:19 (note: Greg says he doesn’t describe this as an embouchure change but “sensation development”)
  
  The building bit starts at 21:03 or thereabouts.
  
  But the WHOLE video is great, so you might want to go back and watch it again like I did.
